How to Track Your Order

Step 1: Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Pawsome Pets. When your shipping method includes tracking, this email contains a tracking number or a tracking link.

Step 2: Click the tracking link in the email, or copy your tracking number and visit the carrier's tracking page directly (17Track, Canada Post, or the carrier shown in your email).

Step 3: Enter your tracking number to see the current status and estimated delivery date of your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery is generally estimated at 7–20 business days after processing, depending on the product, supplier, and destination. These estimates are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 3 business days for your tracking number to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Haven't Received a Tracking Number?

If the shipping method includes tracking, the details are sent by email after dispatch. Some economy shipping methods do not include tracking. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received tracking information, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if your shipment appears to be stuck, please contact our support team. We respond within 1–2 business days and will work to resolve the issue quickly.
